Chocolate Dipped Oranges

The Super Bowl is quickly approaching, which means all the party foods are coming! I don’t know about y’all, but the food is basically my favorite part of the super bowl. So here I am with a yummy party food for you!

Chocolate dipped oranges. I’m usually not a fan of the chocolate orange combo, but when done with fresh oranges it really is so good! To make these more allergen friendly for feeding a crowd, I use Enjoy Life Chocolate chips. These are dairy free and NON GMO. They still melt beautifully and are so rich in flavor.

You can make these ahead of time and let them chill in the fridge for a little while until you’re ready to serve. I just recommend taking them out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving as the chocolate can sometimes harden to the surface of your tray. Letting them come to room temperature helps the chocolate soften so they are easier to remove.

Ingredients:

  • Several oranges either full sized or mandarin oranges, peeled and separated
  • 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Directions:

Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in-between, until chocolate is completely melted. Dip orange slices into chocolate then place on your tray.

These can be made a day in advance and kept in an airtight container until you’re ready to serve.

Enjoy!
